Brisbane

Brisbane is the fastest growing city in Australia and the state capital of sunny Queensland. The city is changing quickly, with a booming population and a growing number of bars, restaurants, hotels and attractions that make the most of the laidback  lifestyle and subtropical climate.

I grew up here & love sharing my favourite parts of the city!

Visitors will find a laidback city with a subtropical climate, with a markedly slower pace than Australia’s larger cities. The Brisbane River winds through the city and is a feature in some of the city’s greatest hits – whether enjoying the view from Howard Smith Wharves or Eagle St Pier bars and restaurants, from Southbank Parklands or getting out on the river with the CityCat.

I acknowledge the Turrbal and Yugara, as the First Nations owners of the land now recognised as Brisbane. I pay respect to their Elders, lores, customs and creation spirits. I recognise that these lands have always been places of beauty, learning and community.
