Fringed with beaches and filled with wineries, nature has smiled on the Mornington Peninsula. An hour out from Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula is one of the best day trip and weekend getaway destinations in Victoria. The peninsula is dotted with wineries, beaches, cute beach towns and national parks, so it has something for pretty much everyone.
I acknowledge the Bunurong people as the First Nations owners of the lands now recognised as the Mornington Peninsula. I pay respect to their Elders, lores, customs and creation spirits. I recognise that these lands have always been places of great natural beauty, culture and community.
